The 54th Hertfordshire Chess Association Annual Congress is now only 2 weeks away; it is taking place on Saturday 1st - Sunday 2nd December 2007 in Royston.

The adult tournaments, which are open to players of all ages, are 5 round Swiss tournaments, with rounds at 9:30, 14:00 & 18:30 on the Saturday and 9:30 & 14:15 on the Sunday.

The junior tournaments, which are restricted to under 12s, are 6 round Swiss tournaments playing from 10:00 to 17:00 on the Sunday only.
