To end their season, the Cambridge Junior Chess Club would like to organise a match, or similar event, with the Cambridge City Chess Club on Wedsnesday 27th June at 6:30pm. (In case you need reminding, the juniors also meet at the same venue as us, just an hour earlier.)

This is an excellent opportunity to promote contact between the two clubs and support junior chess. Due to the difference in strength, we probably won't arrange a straight match but we will try some games-at-odds or perhaps some mini-simuls with each of us playing 3 or 4 opponents etc. Based on the number and the strength of volunteers, we will work out which format works best.
